A clear water quality report for every in-home visit — your test results plus public data for the address

For water treatment dealers: enter the results of the water test at the customer's home, add public water system data for their address, and show a clear branded report on the tablet, then send it to the customer.

Example (fictional data)

Home visit in a suburb on city water. Test results: hardness 14 grains, chlorine 1.8 ppm, TDS 310. Public data for the ZIP code added. The family sees one clear report on the tablet; it is emailed to them after the visit with the dealer's contact.

How it works

A water treatment dealer selling in the home tests the water at the kitchen table and explains what the results mean. A clear report helps the family understand their water and decide calmly. Many dealers still write results on paper or use a generic form, and the public data about the customer's water system stays somewhere on a government website.

Water Report Desk turns the visit into one clear report. It is built for dealers and their sales reps, priced for small dealerships, and works on any tablet or phone.

During the visit the rep enters the test results: hardness, iron, chlorine, total dissolved solids, pH and any other tests the dealer runs. The service adds the data reported by the customer's public water system for the address or ZIP code, using public EPA data, and puts both on the same page.

The report explains each result in plain words: what it is, what the number means and why it matters for the home — scale on fixtures, taste, stains. It carries the dealer's logo and contact, not ours. The rep shows it on the tablet and can walk the family through it one section at a time.

After the visit the family receives the report by email or text, so they can read it again and share it. The dealer keeps a copy with the visit date and the rep's name, which helps when the family calls back weeks later.

The office sees all reports by rep and by area. It is easy to see which areas have hard water or high chlorine and to plan where to work next.

Setting up takes minutes: the dealer's logo, the list of tests the reps run, and the reps' logins.

On a busy day a rep may run several visits. The report takes the same few minutes at each home, looks the same for every rep, and carries the dealer's brand. Families compare it with what they read online and see the same public data, explained clearly. Managers can review reports and coach reps on how they explain results.

Dealers who sell in several states or service areas can set up their list of tests by area, so reps in hard-water regions start with hardness and iron, and reps in chlorinated city water start with chlorine and taste.

Reports show test results entered by the rep and public data as reported. They are not a certified laboratory analysis. We are not affiliated with EPA or any water utility.
